If only a marathon were “easy”…

Is anybody else in need of some positive affirmations for your career success in Hollywood, like yesterday? Life is hard. The entertainment industry is hard. Being a solopreneur is hard, and I have to admit, Always Acting Up podcast and blog has been hard too.

If you’ve been following along on my podcast journey since the beginning, you will definitely hear some frustration in my voice, especially in those earlier episodes.

I often question whether I jumped in the podcasting game too quickly, or if it’s all just a part of the learning curve. Look, I’ve messed up a lot. There have been episodes where I have forgotten to press the record button, my sd card wasn’t inserted properly into my recording system, the internet wouldn’t connect, my guests have gone m.i.a last minute, audio quality issues, you name it.

One of the best things that have kept me going was the positive affirmations from everyone who has supported me with a comment, thumbs up and especially hitting that SUBSCRIBE button! I know I shouldn’t rely on external validation but…..it helps 🙂

I wholeheartedly mean that. If you can conquer Hollywood, you can conquer anything.

It’s not always easy to stay positive in the entertainment industry. There are many ups and downs, NOs, self-doubts, and a lot of pressure to succeed.

You won’t always get those positive affirmations for your career success in Hollywood that you would like, so it truly is up to you. If you can take a deep breath and learn how to brush it all off, you’ll be stronger in the long run. It’s important to stay positive and push through. If you have big goals, don’t give up!

Most importantly, you are not alone.
