The first element is fitness. Fitness is essential for actors because it can help them feel better about themselves which ultimately helps them perform better for auditions and on set.

Next, we will explore stress management. This can be eased through meditation or yoga.

Stress management is important because it can help actors deal with the anxiety of auditions and other performances that they may have in their career as an actor.

Mental health is another element that actors need to consider when trying to feel better on camera.

Seeking a therapist about any mental health issues or by practicing self-compassion through journaling or meditation may help some with some of those wonky feelings.

Lastly, confidence is the key to achieving your goals. Having confidence ultimately leads to you performing better, whether you book the job or not.
