That’s right, you can still build your career and help each other grow. In fact, it almost goes hand in hand. I had the opportunity to chat with the lovely actress and coach Markeshia Gorden Hines where we chatted all about managing her many talents and skillsets.
Many people feel that they can’t effectively manage multiple skill sets because they tend to become overwhelmed. However, by learning how to manage your skills effectively and stay positive, you can help others grow as well. By taking the time to understand yourself and how you work, you can better manage your time and energy. Additionally, by being proactive and helping others learn from your experience, you can create a more supportive environment for growth.
Staying Positive
It is important to stay positive in order to stay productive. One of the most common ways people lose their productivity is because they are overwhelmed and feel like they have too much to do. This can lead them to procrastinate, which will make them even more stressed, and this cycle can continue on indefinitely.
One way people can stay productive, especially when they are really busy, is by helping others. This doesn’t have to be a big task; it could be as simple as offering a smile or lending a hand when someone needs help with something small. Helping others will give you a sense of purpose and will make you feel more confident about what you’re doing.
